1. Definitions
"Company", "EverUs", "we", "us" or "our" refers to EverUs Adventures. "Guest", "you", "traveller" or "participant" refers to the person completing this registration. "Trip" refers to the specific group tour package selected at the time of registration.
2. Eligibility
- Our trips are curated for travellers aged 18–36 years, unless a different age range is explicitly stated on the trip page.
- Guests outside this age range, or below 18 years of age, may only join with prior written approval from EverUs Adventures, and where applicable, must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
- EverUs Adventures reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration at its sole discretion, without needing to provide a reason.
3. Booking & Confirmation (Booking Policy)
- A booking is provisional until the minimum advance payment specified on the trip page (typically 50% of the trip cost) is received by EverUs Adventures.
- Seats are allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting this registration form does not itself guarantee a seat — confirmation happens only once advance payment is received.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full before the departure date, as communicated by your trip captain.
- Full name, age, and ID proof details provided at registration must exactly match those used for hotel check-in, train/flight travel, and any other bookings made on your behalf. Discrepancies may result in denied check-in or boarding, for which EverUs Adventures bears no liability.
- EverUs Adventures reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke any booking where information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
4. Pricing & Inclusions
- Prices displayed on each trip page are per person, based on the sharing option selected (2-sharing, 3-sharing, etc.), and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed with advance payment.
- Inclusions and exclusions vary by trip and are listed in detail on the respective trip page. It is the guest's responsibility to review these before registering.
- Any applicable government taxes (including GST), entry tickets, toll charges, or other costs not explicitly listed as included will be charged separately or borne directly by the guest.
- Published prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments are accepted via UPI or bank transfer to the details shared by EverUs Adventures. Guests must share the payment screenshot/reference number with their trip captain to confirm receipt.
- Bookings that remain unpaid in full by the departure date may be treated as cancelled by EverUs Adventures, and the Cancellation & Refund Policy below will apply.
- EverUs Adventures is not responsible for failed transactions, incorrect UPI/bank details entered by the guest, or delays caused by payment gateways, banks, or network issues.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy (by Guest)
- More than 30 days before departure: 100% refunded.
- 15–30 days before departure: 75% refunded.
- 8–14 days before departure: 50% refunded.
- 0–7 days before departure: No refund.
- This policy applies irrespective of how many days before departure payment was made — once payment is made, this cancellation schedule becomes applicable from that date.
- Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.
- No refund is given for unused services, missed activities, no-shows, or early/voluntary departure from a trip that has already commenced.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via WhatsApp or email to be considered valid — verbal requests will not be honoured.
7. Postponement, Rescheduling or Cancellation by EverUs Adventures
- EverUs Adventures reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel a trip due to insufficient bookings, force majeure, safety concerns, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- If EverUs Adventures cancels a trip, guests will be offered a choice of a full refund or credit towards a future trip. EverUs Adventures is not liable for incidental costs (leave applications, personal travel arrangements, connecting tickets, etc.) arising from such cancellation.
- Minor changes to itinerary, accommodation, or transport may be made without prior notice where necessary for guest safety or due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, road conditions, local restrictions, vendor availability), while keeping the overall trip experience intact as far as reasonably possible.
8. Itinerary & Sightseeing
- The itinerary published on the trip page is indicative. The sequence of activities, timings, and specific stops may be adjusted by the trip captain based on traffic, weather, local conditions, or group pace.
- Entry tickets to monuments, forts, and attractions are not included in the trip price unless explicitly stated, and are payable directly by the guest unless a package including them has been chosen.
- Optional activities not listed in the itinerary (local shopping, additional sightseeing, adventure activities, etc.) are undertaken at the guest's own cost and risk.
9. Accommodation & Transportation
- Accommodation is provided on the sharing basis selected at booking (2-sharing, 3-sharing, etc.); specific room/tent allocation is at the discretion of the trip captain and hotel/camp management.
- EverUs Adventures selects accommodation and transport partners in good faith but is not responsible for service deficiencies, delays, or issues caused by third-party vendors (hotels, camps, transport operators, railways) beyond its reasonable control.
- Seating in shared vehicles during the trip is managed by the trip captain and may be rotated among guests.
10. Identification & Travel Documents
- Guests must carry a valid original government-issued photo ID (matching the details declared at registration) at all times during the trip for hotel check-in, verification, and transport purposes.
- It is the guest's sole responsibility to carry valid travel documents required for the trip. EverUs Adventures is not liable for denied entry, check-in, or travel arising from invalid or missing documents.
11. Health, Fitness & Medical Disclaimer
- By registering, the guest confirms they are medically fit to undertake the physical activities involved in the selected trip, including (where applicable) trekking, jeep safaris, camel rides, and long travel hours.
- Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements must inform EverUs Adventures in writing before booking. EverUs Adventures reserves the right to request medical fitness confirmation for certain trips.
- Except where directly caused by proven negligence of EverUs Adventures, EverUs Adventures and its trip captains are not liable for any medical emergency, illness, injury, or death occurring during a trip.
12. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events.
- Unless explicitly stated as included on the trip page, travel insurance is not included in the trip price and arranging it is the sole responsibility of the guest.
13. Code of Conduct
- Treat fellow travellers, trip captains, and local hosts with courtesy and respect at all times.
- Follow the group schedule — punctuality helps everyone enjoy the full itinerary as planned.
- Respect local customs, dress codes, and photography restrictions at religious and heritage sites.
- Consumption of alcohol or any substance that disrupts the group experience, or endangers the safety of self or others, will not be tolerated.
- Any damage caused to hotel property, camp property, or rented/hired vehicles will be chargeable to the responsible guest at actual cost.
- EverUs Adventures reserves the right to remove any guest from a trip, without refund, for violation of this Code of Conduct, at the sole discretion of the trip captain.
14. Liability & Limitation of Liability
- EverUs Adventures acts as a facilitator, coordinating third-party services (hotels, camps, transport, activity operators) on guests' behalf, and does not itself own or operate these services.
- EverUs Adventures is not liable for loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by acts of third-party service providers, force majeure events, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- EverUs Adventures's total liability, if any, arising from a confirmed booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for that specific trip.
